Working 12 hours for fortnight will give you an idea how heavy and painful my legs are. I was dealing with the cramps on a daily basis and sometimes I was catapulted from bed during the night because they were so painful. Knowing that magnesium is the solution I've started to use Magnesium Oil Topical Spray. And oh boy it has helped me tremendously. This is a truly good magnesium spray. I suffer from cramps and the relief is instant. It absorbs quickly and is very effective. Love it. I also use the Kunzea Roll on Liniment plus the Kunzea Pain relief cream. They are all really effective. I can honestly recommend them and I love that they are Aussie products too.

I purchased these products to help with my back pain fir some relief, to my amazement it works almost instantly. I use the massage oil first then followed by the pain relief cream.
